What started as a love for vintage treasures grew into something more. Violet and Minnie became a place to share unique finds online, connecting special pieces with collectors near and far. Booth Eight by Violet and Minnie became the next chapter — a space where those finds could be experienced in person. While one allows you to shop from anywhere and the other invites you to wander and discover, both are built on the same passion: creating spaces filled with character, charm, and timeless pieces waiting for their next home.
A Lifelong Passion
For over 50 years, collecting has been part of our story. Long before Booth Eight and Violet and Minnie, we were simply collectors — stopping at estate sales, flea markets, antique shops, and roadside treasures in search of pieces that spoke to us. Every treasure is still chosen the same way today: for its character, charm, and ability to bring beauty into a new home.
The Story Behind The Name
Violet and Minnie is named after my two grandmothers — a tribute to family, memories, and the timeless beauty passed down through generations.
Booth Eight carries meaning too. The number eight has always been considered lucky, making it the perfect name for a space built from passion, possibility, and sharing the treasures we love.
